I know what it takes to get s*** done, and I know exactly how it feels to have a great idea and talk yourself out of it before anyone else gets the chance to see it.

We start with the big picture. What do you actually want this business to become? What matters most to you? We'll identify any core issues, define your values, and set realistic priorities for the next 6-12 months.
Session 2: Map It Out
Getting down to business
This is where we map out how your business actually works. We'll get clear on who you serve, how you deliver value, and what you should be earning. We'll also have an honest conversation about pricing your products & services.
Session 3: Finding Your Voice
Putting it all together
Using homework, and what we have uncovered in our sessions, we'll build your mini-strategy document together, a simple printable reference that will help you make day to day decisions with confidence.
We'll also lock in a plan with specific next steps so you leave knowing exactly what to do and in what order

Single Session: $300
Three-Session Package: $750 (save $150)This launch pricing for is the next 10 clients only. If you choose to do only one session at first, you will have 5 days to upgrade to the full package at the discounted rate.
In-person meetings within 50km of Inverloch, 3996 VIC can be arranged for the first session (additional travel fee applies).

Just fill out a pre-session form as honestly as possible. Sometimes that honesty is tough going, but will be worth it. I'll do the heavy lifting of setting up your workspace and planning our approach.
